Join us for a 2-night conscious getaway where we’ll slow down, reconnect, and move with the rhythms of the ocean. We’ll sleep under the stars, practice yoga in the sand, and share nourishing meals together in a circle of trust and presence

Day 1 – Friday, August 15: Arrival & Grounding

  • 11:00 AM – Group meets at Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal

  • 12:00 PM – Ferry departs to Swartz Bay

  • 1:30 PM – Arrival and campsite setup

  • 3:30 PM – Free time to settle in and explore the beach

  • 5:00 PM – Opening circle & guided meditation

  • 6:30 PM – Community dinner by the sea

  • 8:00 PM – Sunset walk and journaling

  • 9:30 PM – Rest under the stars

Day 2 – Saturday, August 16: Connection & Flow

  • 8:00 AM – Morning yoga & breathwork

  • 9:30 AM – Nourishing breakfast

  • 11:00 AM – Paddleboarding (optional) / free time

  • 1:30 PM – Light lunch / picnic

  • 3:00 PM – Guided reflection & inner work

  • 5:30 PM – Sunset restorative yoga

  • 7:00 PM – Dinner in community

  • 8:30 PM – Sound healing & fire camp

  • 10:00 PM – Quiet rest & stars

Day 3 – Sunday, August 17: Integration & Departure

  • 8:00 AM – Gratitude yoga practice

  • 9:00 AM – Light breakfast

  • 10:00 AM – Pack down & clean-up

  • 11:00 AM – Closing circle

  • 12:30 PM – Departure to ferry

  • 3:00 PM – Arrival back in Vancouver

What’s Included:

  • Access to all yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced instructors
  • Ferry & car coordination for roundtrip transportation*
  • Paddle board yoga classes (optional, board not included)
  • Guided activities and workshops to deepen your practice and connection with nature

What’s Not Included:

  • Personal food and drinks (please bring your own)
  • Paddleboard rental (available for an additional fee)
  • Personal camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc.)
